About the Role: We are hiring Site Supervisors to oversee our premium residential and commercial interior projects across Hyderabad. Freshers with technical diplomas or 1 or 2 years experienced candidates are encouraged to apply - comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: ✔ Supervise daily site operations and workforce ✔ Ensure quality execution as per design specifications ✔ Monitor material usage and prevent wastage ✔ Maintain site safety and compliance standards ✔ Coordinate with clients, designers and vendors ✔ Prepare daily progress reports Requirements: ✔ Education: Diploma in Civil/Interior Design/Construction ✔ Technical Skills: Basic understanding of interior fit-outs Ability to read technical drawings ✔ Language: Basic English + Telugu/Hindi ✔ Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills Willing to travel across Hyderabad sites
